I finally got my act together and loaded our photos from November and December, so enjoy! The December gallery includes photos from R’s birthday party (she’s almost 4!). We started by having the kids (as heroes) and parents (as villains) act out a story written by Adam and Rebecca. It included princesses, knights, giants, treachery, dragons, and rescue. Kinda sounds like the beginning of the Princess Bride! The girls received pink capes and the boys got tunics (handcrafted by the crafty Roades’). After the story, we opened presents, ate lunch and cake, and let the kids just have fun. Everyone seemed to have a great time, especially R whose experience was, of course, most important!
